Hey, Sparkling One. Thanks for joining me today. I'm Dee Diaz, an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and host of the Sparkling Life Coach podcast, where we explore holistic health, nutrition, essential oils, and natural ways to help you feel better and increase the sparkle in your life. And for the month of May, I'm doing something a little different.

This is part of my weekly Sparkle Reset series, where I'm taking the short daily wellness tips I've been sharing and bringing them together into a simple weekly reset. This week, we focused on nutrition, but in a way that removes pressure and perfection. Because the truth is, healthy eating isn't about getting it right every time. It's about building patterns over time.

We talked about simple shifts like adding protein, balancing blood sugar, and not skipping meals. We also explored label awareness, not to overcomplicate things, but to build understanding. And one of my favorite reminders this week was this: Your body thrives on consistency, not extremes. If you're feeling confused about what your body actually needs, I help you simplify that in a one-on-one wellness reset session so you can stop guessing and start feeling more confident in your choices.
