Hey, Sparkling One. Thanks for joining me today. I'm Dee Diaz, an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and host of the Sparkling Life Coach podcast, where we explore holistic health, nutrition, essential oils, and natural ways to help you feel better and increase the sparkle in your life. And for the month of May, I'm doing something a little different.
This is part of my weekly Sparkle Reset series, where I'm taking the short daily wellness tips I've been sharing and bringing them together into a simple weekly reset.

The theme this week is: You don't need willpower. You need more support.
